Ingredients
Small flour tortillas
1 over ripe plantain
1 clove garlic
a few shreds of ginger
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon cuban rum
1 jar of garlic pasta sauce
1/ 2 lb of shredded mozerilla cheese
1/ 2 lb of peeled and deveined prawns
1/ 4 lb ground Beef
Method
Heat shrimp, butter, ginger and garlic in a pan and cook for about 30 seconds and remove.
Now, mash the plantain along with ground beef, 1/ 2 garlic clove and stir in the rum. Saute all this for 5 to 10 minutes.
Then, add pasta sauce and cook at sim heat for 15 minutes.
Place 2-3 flour tortillas on a clean surface and pour about 3 to 4 tablespoons of prepared sauce on each of the tortillas and then add cheese.
Now top with shrimp and bake the pizza for 15 to 20 minutes till the outer edge gets crispy tan.
