Things You'll Need:
- 1 cup frozen mango pulp (from Latin freezer section)
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1/4 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- ¼ cup simple syrup* recipe below
- 4-6 margarita glasses, chilled
Step 1: Boil 1 cup sugar and ½ cup water until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove the sugar mixture from the heat and cool in the refrigerator.
Step 2: Combine mango, ice, tequila, triple sec, lime juice and cooled simple syrup into blender.
Step 3: Pour into chilled margarita glasses and serve immediately.
